XSTAFF Poland looks back on a successful founding year

Ein starkes Team: die Frauen des Düsseldorfer HC feierten ihren Triumph gemeinsam mit Bodo Knop (oben, 4 v.r.) ausgelassen.
Despite the enormous challenges of the Corona crisis, we launched the new XSTAFF branch in Katowice, Poland, in November 2020. Around one year later, we can state: This courage and determination of our association to take such a step in difficult times has paid off, both for the organization and its individual members.

In just under 15 months, XSTAFF has succeeded in establishing itself both in the Polish market, with many interesting players and potential BCOs, and in the neighboring Eastern and Southeastern European markets. Starting from our location in Katowice, capital city of the Silesian Voivodeshi, which is the most important industrial area in Poland, we serve numerous target locations for our members in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, among others. At the same time, XSTAFF fulfills the desire of many importing companies for high-quality on-site services by making the entire service portfolio of the network available.A service that is recognized and appreciated in the important Polish market: Already in the first six months after its establishment, XSTAFF has succeeded in attracting three major Polish BCOs, which have already handled their first transport volumes through the network during 2021 after signing contracts. A valuable support in this context is the strong logistics partner PST OST SPED, thanks to whose cooperation our network is able to offer fast solutions for incoming rail freight from the international freight station Malaszewicze for the whole of Europe. This cooperation is to be further expanded in 2022. The same applies to the XSTAFF team in Poland, which is to be further strengthened in terms of new employees in the coming months. We will of course inform our members promptly about corresponding steps and measures.
